6 Day Reef, Rainforest & Outback  extravaganza - Tour FNQ3

Reef, rainforest & outback at their best - fully guided & accommodated in petit accommodation including 3 day/2 nights private charter of a 60' sailing yacht exploring the outer Great Barrier Reef.

The trip starts with a 4WD journey up the Bloomfield track before the reef charter which explores reaches of the reef beyond the access of day boats!  Upon return to land the journey then continues to historic Cooktown before ending up at Springvale Lodge in the middle of a Cape York working cattle station.  The lodge is located away from the station itself perched on a hill with stunning views all-round for "miles".  Station activities & a visit to nearby Laura rock art are the next experiences before heading back to Cairns on the dry inland route.

Day 1 - Early morning collection from guests' accommodation for the 4WD trip along the Bloomfield coastal track & boarding of the charter yacht

Day 2 - Great barrier Reef odyssey continues

Day 3 - Great barrier Reef odyssey continues but returning to shore late afternoon, overnight in local motel

Day 4 - Early morning start continuing towards Cooktown for a day's sight seeing, evening meal & overnight at Springvale Lodge

Day 5 - Station activities, evening meal & overnight Springvale Lodge

Day 6 - Return trip to cairns via Laura Rock Art
